If for ANY reason you are not
completely satisfied with your Youngevity nutritional supplements,
you may return them within 30 days. You will receive a full refund
for the cost of the product. The $10 enrollment fee and Shipping
and Handling fees are nonrefundable.
Books, Videos and Audiocassette Tapes
Books, videos and audiocassette tapes are nonrefundable unless they
are damaged upon receipt.
How to return product
Customer satisfaction is our most important goal. If you are
not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return them
within thirty days for a full refund. Please be sure that:
- You contact us and get an RMA number before
you ship your order back.
- Your return must be postmarked 35 days or less
from the day we shipped it to you originally. Returns must be
sent prepaid within 35 days of the date received. No collect shipments
will be accepted.
- You must send it via UPS, or Insured Parcel
post for shipment. We cannot be responsible for items that are
lost in the mail on the way back to us.
- Please write the reason for the return on the
back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the original packing
box, tape the box securely, and send it to the address listed
on the packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please
write your name, address, email address, order number, and date
you placed the order on a separate piece of paper.
