are assessed.

A. All calls
are 4.9¢ per minute. This applies to state-to-state,

and local toll calls, and is on a per call basis. These
great rates apply 24
hours per day, 7 days per week, and there are no per
call minimums.

A. It's 9¢
per minute.
Q. What is your rate
for calls from the U.S. to Mexico?
A. All calls from

Billing
Q. How will I be billed for my calls?
A. Charges for your calls
will be billed to you and serviced by Total Call
International. For this reason you must complete
our simple sign up
process to utilize our 800 number dial around.
Your telephone bill will
include the date, time, number, city/county called,
length and charge
for each call, along with applicable taxes and Federal
Universal Service
Fees.
In the event that you do not spend $2.00 in any given
month, a $2.00
minimum charge will apply, and you will be billed $2.00
for that month. This only applies to customers
who spend less than $2.00 in any month that they use
the service. As an example if you only make one call
that lasts 20 minutes, and don't make another call all
month, you have actually only accrued a usage charge
of $.98, however with the $2.00 minimum, you will be
charged $2.00
(The minimum charge equals about 41 minutes of usage)
Q. How long will it take
before the charges appear on my phone bill?
A.
Total Call International runs monthly billing cycles.
You will be billed by Total Call International at the
end of the month in which you placed a call using
our 800 number dial around service. If you do
not use the service you will not be billed.

the U.S.)?

The 800 dial around is NOT available FROM Canada. It
is only available for
U.S. and international calls made FROM the U.S.

dial around from any phone?
A. When you complete our sign
up process list all phone numbers that you
would like to use this service on.
Those phone numbers listed will be the
phone numbers that you can utilize our service with.
Unfortunately, service it is not available
from pay phones, cell phones, hotel rooms or dormitories.

Q. Why do I need to
sign up
to use this service?
A. In order for you to use our service we need
to accomplish two things. First, we need
to get your billing information so that when you use
the service we know where to send your invoice
and call detail. Second, we need to load
the numbers that you will be using the service with
to our switch. By doing this your phone number
will be recognized when you dial the 800 dial around
number that we will provide, therefore allowing
you to place your call and receive the rate of 4.9¢
per minute for that long distance call. By
completing this
sign up
process you are not
switching your long distance carrier. You are
simply registering to utilize our 800 dial around
product.
Q. To use your service do I need to switch long distance
companies?
A. No, you can use the 800
number dial around without switching your long
distance company. Simply register the phone lines you
would like to use the service with by completing
the
sign up
form
and you are free to use the service as you like.
Q. What is a 800 number dial around?
A.
An 800 number
dial around is a method used allowing you to place long
distance calls, without having to switch your long distance
carrier and guaranteeing you the best rates. By
dialing the toll-free number that will be provided
once you
sign up
before you dial the area code and number you are
calling, your call will go over the carrier’s network
and you will be billed for all of your long distance
calling at 4.9¢ per minute. Any month that
you use the service you will receive a bill detailing
all of your calling activity.

Once I have registered for the service when can I start
using it?

Once you have completed the

process it will take 5 to 10
business days until you can use the service. You
will receive a welcome
letter with the 800 dial around number for you to access
the service with.
Q. How do I use your
service?
A. Just dial the 800 number
provided once you
sign up
then listen for
the prompt. Once you hear the prompt dial the
area code + phone
number for calls within the US and to Canada (and all
other countries
that use an area code). For international calls, dial
the 800 number
provided then 011 + country code + phone number after
you hear
the prompt.
Q. To use your service
do I need to keep at least one long
distance carrier?
A. You can use our 800 dial
around regardless of who your long distance carrier
is. Contact your local phone company to determine
if you must have a long distance carrier, as some may
charge you to not have one.
