How do I buy the products at the wholesale prices?

Is there any free information that I can give customers before they decide to sign up?

We recommend lending your potential customers a Dead Doctors Don't Lie audio cassette tape to begin with. You can write off your costs as advertising expenses. Make sure your name and phone # are on EVERY tape you lend out, and get their name and # so you can call and follow up with them.

After lending out the tape, the best way for them to find out about the product is by trying it. If they're not ready to purchase yet, chances are they won't give any free information a good look. For this reason, we only send additional information if they enroll for the $6.

With their $6 enrollment, they receive a welcome kit from Youngevity (includes a full-color catalog, a policies and procedure handbook, extra forms, and the Dead Doctors Don't Lie audiocassette), and future company newsletters.

Which credit cards does Youngevity accept?

Youngevity accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

What if a customer doesn't have or doesn't want to use a credit card?

How do you take an order from a customer?

For their first order, help your customer fill out an associate application and an order form. Make sure you fill out the sponsor information and presented by boxes with your ID number, name, address, and phone number. Mail or fax the order in to Youngevity. If you mail the order in, make sure to keep a copy for your own records. Always call Youngevity (1-800-982-3189) to verify receipt of the order.

For future orders, have your customers call Youngevity directly (1-800-982-3197). Keep in contact with them, though, in case they have questions in the future.

How long does it take to receive an order?

All orders take 24 to 48 hours processing time, and are shipped UPS (7-10 business days). Two and three day shipping is available for additional shipping fees, but the 24 to 48 hour processing still applies.

How much is shipping?

In the US, shipping costs are 7% of the subtotal, or $4.50, whichever is greater.

Do customers have to pay sales tax?

If the order is being shipped from California to any other state, you do not have to charge sales tax. If, however, the order is being shipped from California to a California address, you must charge 8.75% sales tax.

If the transaction occurs in your office, you are responsible for collecting the local and state sales tax and submitting it to your state's Department of Revenue.

Do the products have to be refrigerated after opening?

Although we recommend that you keep the liquid products refrigerated when possible (the taste is often improved by keeping them cold), the only ones that need to be kept refrigerated are the liquid products that contain vitamins.

Our tablet and capsule formulation do not need refrigeration, but temperature extremes should be avoided.

Do your products have any side effects?

All of our products are made from natural ingredients. The vast majority of individuals can take dietary supplements without any side effects whatsoever.

Are your products hypo-allergenic?

Our products are hypoallergenic and contain no wheat, soy, corn or artificial ingredients. On occasion certain people may be allergic to one or more nutrients or herbs contained in a formula. Further, if you are not accustomed to taking full spectrum dietary supplements and have a history of sensitivities, you might wish to begin with the products slowly, building up to the recommended level over a period of time.

Are toxic levels a possibility?

No. This is one of the benefits of taking a natural product. All of the minerals in our liquid organic bio-electrical trace element products are in a natural organic form that may be used by the body without risk of building up to potentially toxic levels. Minerals such as aluminum, arsenic, lead and so forth in the natural organic form are not only beneficial to the body but actually help the body to remove potentially harmful heavy forms of these elements.

Is it possible to take an overdose?

Even if you were to take 10 X's the recommended amount, the only side effect would probably be diarrhea for a day or two. The body will absorb what it needs and eliminate the rest.

Does Dr. Wallach endorse any other product?

The ONLY mineral products Dr. Wallach endorses and puts his picture on is Youngevity's. There are many companies that make reference to Dr. Wallach or use his tapes, but Dr. Wallach does NOT endorse or use their products. BUYER BEWARE!

What does the term "colloidal" mean?

"Colloidal" refers to the size of the particles in a solution. In the case of minerals, colloidal particles are of a size that they will neither float nor sink. Due to their small size the surface area of these minerals is greatly increased, providing a larger area upon which enzyme activity may take place thus increasing breakdown and eventual absorption.

What is a true plant derived mineral?

The Majestic Earth liquid minerals have a natural negative electrical charge, which is the signature of the true plant derived mineral. This has two very important benefits. One, it greatly increases the transport and bioavailability of other nutrients from foods and/or nutritional supplements. Two, it will attract toxins and heavy metals from the body and flush them out.

Your products claim to be all natural? What does that mean?

An all-natural product is one in which there are no synthetic or chemical additives. Our base mineral product is 100% natural.

I am taking medication. What reaction can I expect?

Generally, since our products contain nothing but natural nutrients, there is no interaction with most medications. You should always check with your doctor, though.

How long will it take me to feel a difference? Can your products improve, treat or cure certain illnesses?

As you may expect, this is a very difficult question to answer with any degree of accuracy. Everyone's body is different, with varying stages of trace mineral deficiencies. Even so, it is not uncommon for first-time users to notice benefits with the first bottle. One of the first things people often report is an increase of energy, and many people experience a greater number of benefits as time goes on. We recommend filling out a health diary and tracking your results over time. As far as the effect on major illnesses, federal law prohibits any health claims for any nutritional supplements. When these nutrients are taken as directed on the bottle, the body is in a better position to regulate internal chemistry and heal itself.

Why is it so expensive?

The Majestic Earth Ultimate costs the average person about $1.26 a day. Most people spend more than that each day on coffee and soda!

How do I return the product?

What did you find dissatisfactory?
Taste/Look - Are you mixing it in orange juice? Some people have found that mixing it with pineapple orange juice or cranberry juice works much better. For those who don't like the Original Ultimate, they can try Tangy Tangerine Ultimate or Tropical Plus.

Bad side effects - Some people experience a short "detox" period. The body just isn't use to such a rich diet. For example, what would happen if you ate a bushel of broccoli? Try cutting back by half the amount you're taking and be sure to take the product with a meal or with a piece of bread.

If a customer still wants to return the product, they need to call 1-800-982-3189 and make arrangements with Customer Service. If they return the product within 30 days of receiving it, Youngevity will refund the cost of the product (NOT the S/H charges, though) or replace it with something else.

What does the FX stand for on some of the product bottles?

The FX is a symbol for Youngevity products that are mainly made of herbs. Technically OPC-T should have been labeled FX, but the product came out before they decided to use the symbol.
